The Automatic Bottle Unscrambler with Air Jet Cleaning Machine Model HUAC-300U with high speed of 250 to 300 bottles per minute depending on Bottles size.

百福彩票网下载 The Unscrambler structure transfer bottles directly from the Unscrambler to the machine belt system in inverted position with continues movement having integral Air Jet Cleaning location which use Compressed Air and Suction Blower to clean the bottles in inverted position and then another set of Belt Gripping system invert the bottle into vertical position to move further for filling operation. Machine can be supplied with optional Elevator conveyor belt system for continuous supply of bottles to unscrambler. Machine applies Compressed Air through Jets and also sucks thorough Suction blower to complete the cleaning process. Machine can be used to clean Plastic or PET Bottles, Jars etc. Machine suitable for cleaning of non-sterile products like Dry Syrups, and Bulk Packing of Tables and Capsules.
