Process of Operating

On an in - feed feedworm, the ampoules and vials are inserted through the in-feed tray. It goes further on the star-wheel and gets picked up with the use of gripper. Thereafter the inversion takes place over the washing needles. Thereafter the matter moves along the needle bar for the washing purpose. After the completion of first cycle, the thoroughly washed vials get inverted to neck upward position and are fed to the output star wheel. After that, the washed ampoules and vials get collected at the output tray or can be inserted to the tunnel.
