Operation

The sterilized powder kept in the powder hopper is stirred by with mechanical agitators to restore standard bulk density. The power wheel makes rotation at the pre decided speed less than that of the powder hopper without seeking any clearance. A doctor blade would chaff off extra powder left. The filled vials are immediately estranged on the conveyor belt with vial separator and furthers towards stoppering.

  • It produces 40-100 vials per minute and 60-220 vials per minute.
  • Vial diameter stands at 22-55mm, height at 30-100mm and rubber stopper size is 20mm.
  • The injectable dry powder vial filler can take up 50mg to 1.5gm during a single dose and between 1.5-4gm during double, thrice and four times dose.
  • Compressed air should be at 2kg/cm2.and vacuum of 25Hg@300 lpm displacement is required with relative humidity maintained below 28%.
  • The complete dimension is 2800 mm x 850mm x 1700mm and 3200mm x 850mm x 1700mm for HPF 240.
  • Net weight stands at 550kg and 750kg for HPF-240.
