Operating:

百福彩票网下载 the vials are supplied on the in feed conveyor belt to the pick up turn of cap chute. the vial is then carried under the sealing head. the top assembly of the machine compresses to do proper sealing of the vials.

 

Specifications:

  • The machine produces 60-250 containers per minute(HCS 250), 60-150 containers per minute(HCS 120) and 30-60 containers per minute (HCS 60).
  • The motor runs at 1HP /3 phase/ 4 wire/50 Hz.
  • Provided with aluminium cabinet to cover the machine.
  • Container’s height equals up to 75mm and diameter between 25-45mm; Caps’ diameter equals to 13mm and 20mm.
  • The machine measures 1600mm x 850mm(HCS 250) , 1370mm x 1800mm (HCS 150) and 1210 mm x 800mm x 1800mm (HCS 60).
  • The machine weighs 550kgs.
 
 

the vial cap sealing machine is specifically used to for flip off sealing of aluminium caps of different sizes on the vials supplied on the conveyor belt. with simple operations, the vial capping machine works swiftly and automatically. the vial flip off cap sealing machine could work in conjunction with the vial crimping machine to crim and/or de-cap vials. provided with adjustable height, the vial crimper is easy to operate.

 

Features:

  • The vial flip off cap sealing machine follows current good manufacturing practice model.
  • A speed port modifies speed of the conveyor belt, star wheels and platform tunnels and single motor provides optimal synchronization.
  • A photo sensor brings the machine at halt if there is no aluminium caps in the delivery chute.
  • Exposed parts or those in touch with the vial and aluminium cap are composed of stainless steel.
  • Spring loaded free spinning sealing rollers remove any form of damage occured to aluminium caps and give more flexibility to containers neck’s diameter.
  • If there is no seal on the cute and/or no stopper on vial before sealing, the vial capper machine stops operating.
